New generations come with new and innovated ideas, they are vital to the future success of a company. We therefore welcome applications from fresh graduates and young professionals. It is a unique opportunity for young people who have a passion for construction and the leadership potential to grow in fascinating top technical and managerial roles. 

We attach great importance to training and fostering young professionals. You will be mentored by experienced leaders who will give the necessary support to expend your skills and develop your career path in the Group. You will have the opportunity to work in different countries in the GCC region and you will be encouraged to take quickly a lots of responsibilities.

We are focused on ensuring that our company continues to be successful and we believe that in order to do this we need to have new young professionals who join us each year.

Six Construct participates in the career fairs organised by the different universities in the country such as the American Universities & the Dubai University. We also participate in one of the biggest career fair exclusively for UAE nationals to attract great talents of locals and support the UAE government increase the Emiratization in the private sector.

The youth must be served. BESIX Young Community or BYC has become a real household name within the Group: whether organizing charity and sports events, supporting the Solidarity Days, or getting together to enjoy a social activity or a fun day out, this worldwide network of young employees has become a community in the truest sense of the word.

BYC has created an international social network for young employees who want to develop their careers and contacts in the Group’s countries of operation. Different Community events have been organized in different countries (Qatar, The Netherlands, etc.)
